ITANAGAR, Dec 14: The Arunachal Indigenous Students’ Union (AISU) has in a representation to the Capital Complex deputy commissioner on Thursday claimed that the outdoor LED screens installed at over-bridges in the Capital Complex have been causing a lot of accidents among two-wheeler riders, and appealed to him to direct the authorities concerned to shift the screens to some other locations.
