MIAO, Feb 5: The National Achievement Survey (NAS) for private schools in Changlang district commenced here on Monday.
Inaugurating the survey, Miao Block Resource Officer P Mossang explained the importance of collecting correct data, which would help the government design appropriate interventions to improve the teaching and learning process, and thereby improve the quality of education.
Class 10 students of Newman Educational Society and teachers from various private schools in the district took part in the survey.
