ZIRO, Mar 18: Chief Minister Pema Khandu has assured the Saint Claret College (SCC) authority to extend financial support of Rs 5 crores for completion of the professional courses block of the college.
He gave this assurance after laying the foundation of the block here on Sunday.
Appreciating the catholic mission for their yeoman service in education sector, the CM said the college is an asset not only of Ziro but for the whole state.
Responding to a memorandum for release of commendation certificate awarded by state government to the college for higher education services, the CM assured to get it released soon. He also assured to look into request for annual salary grant for its teachers.
