YINGKIONG, Apr 6: A team of the Arunachal Pradesh State Commission for Women (APSCW) headed by its Vice Chairperson Padmeswari Jamoh recently met the victim of the recent rape incident here in Upper Siang district.
The team also interacted with the victim’s family members to learn in detail about the incident.
Jamoh also met the deputy commissioner and apprised the DC of the findings. She inquired about the progress made by the administration and the police in the case.
Later, the APSCW team interacted with local women NGO members.
