YACHULI, Apr 10: The All Yachuli Students’ Union has announced a 12-hour chakka bandh here in Lower Subansiri district on 12 April to press its unfulfilled demands.
The union had earlier served a 15-day ultimatum to the chief secretary, demanding clearance of the landslide zone between Yupia and Potin; completion of compensation payment for the Potin-ANYA gate road; and disbursement of compensation to landowners affected by the Joram-Yapap Gewko road.
