Questionable APHPDC recruitment process

Dear Editor,
Following the foot step of department of Science and Technology for illegal recruitment of 12 (twelve) posts of District Coordinators, it is now the turn of the white elephant, Arunachal Pradesh Hydro Power Development Corporation to loot the unemployed educated youths of the state in the name of offering 21 different categories of jobs ranging from the post of Assistant Manager with basic pay of Rs. 56100 pm to Rs. 18000 pm for the post of MTS. The modus operandi followed is the same and kingpins are the non professional half educated political appointees treating the entire organisation as their private property.
Although the guardian of the Constitution namely the office of Governor and the Pradhan Sevak of the people namely the office of Chief Minister have read the details of the advertisement dated 19.07.2018, the frustrated youths would be foolish again to expect the two highest authorities to intervene and scrap the entire proceedings.
The absence of any RR for the post of Assistant Manager framed after following due process of law initiated by Administrative Reforms department and cleared, by law & APPSC is simply one line ground for cancellation of the already fixed recruitment exams. The so called representatives of various Apex Student bodies too will remain silent spectator and rather will try getting a share in the planned loot. The opposition political parties too will remain mum thinking that they too will get a cut and not to displease the highest authority. The only option left for the disillusioned youths is to knock the door of Hon’ble Supreme Court / High Court and of course the door of Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat and BJP Chief Amit Shah for justice.
The second best option would be to expose the scam through social media, RTI and also write to Guinness book of world record foundation for registering APHPDC as the highest charger of application fees of Rs. 900.00 for the post of Assistant Manager and Rs. 600.00 for the post of MTS.
In the mean time I as a jobless engineer appeal to all fellow friends and desperate parents to openly boycott the recruitment by not applying for any of the 21 categories of posts as advertisement is just an eye wash.
If HPDC is honest & nothing to hide, it should immediately hand over the vacancies to the rightful recruiting agencies rather than asking the IPR Department to re-advertise the vacancies on technical ground.
Yours,
A frustrated Youth
