DAPORIJO, Jul 28: Tai Doyom and Nyaty Dobin won the men’s and women’s singles titles in the third Tadak Dulom district level badminton championship, which concluded here on Friday.
The men’s doubles title was won by Tania Dobin and Tai Doyom, defeating the pair of Komkap Dulom and Bai Mara 21-12 21-10 in the final.
In women’s doubles, Nyaty Dobin and Adam Doyom beat Jage Doni and Yapak Nasi 22-20, 21-12 to win the title.
Sarban Kaushik and Binkas Ruji were the winners of the boys’ double title in the under-15 year category.
The girls’ and boys’ U-15 singles titles were won by Nyaty Dobin and Bumar Ringpu Rava respectively.
Nacho MLA Tanga Byaling and SP Keni Bagra distributed the prizes to the winners and runners-up.
