SEPPA, Aug 22: MLA Tapuk Taku appealed to the citizens to desist from misusing the Right to Information (RTI) Act.
Addressing a huge gathering of BJP workers and supporters here on Wednesday, Taku said the RTI should not be used as a tool to avenge personal enmity in the name of public interest.
He also appealed to the gathering to avoid money culture in election.
Narrating the difficulties he faced in upgrading the district hospital with the Rs 36 crore budget from the Government of India through the National Health Mission, the MLA appealed to the public to support and reap the benefits of government’s development initiative.
He further committed to continue working for overall development of 10th Seppa assembly segment under the leadership of Chief Minister Pema Khandu.
BJP general secretary Lelung Lingfa and District BJP president Amit Lamnio exhorted party workers and supporters to strictly adhere to party discipline.
