ITANAGAR, Aug 22: The All Arunachal Pradesh Section Divisional North Frontier Railway Loading and Unloading Sramik Union (AASDNFRLYL&ULSU) urged the state government to put a halt on appointments against various posts under the Itanagar Municipal Council.
In a press release on Wednesday, the union claimed that some of the candidates which have been sent for training in Guwahati by some officials of the IMC had to come back without completing their course due to lack of financial support on the part of the IMC.
The union, while appealing to the state government to initiate strict action against those officials involved, has further threatened to resort to democratic action in case its demands are not met with at the earliest.
