ITANAGAR, Aug 26: The All Papum Pare District Students’ Union (APPDSU) has expressed strong opposition to the state cabinet’s recent decision to conduct interviews for the deputation post of district project coordinator (DPC) under the ISSE in the education department.
Stating that the state government had never taken the “illogical decision” to conduct interviews for the deputation post of DPC in the education or any other government department before, the union urged the chief minister to reconsider the decision in the greater interest of the public and to streamline the education department.
The AAPDSU alleged that the education secretary “misguided the chief minister and his cabinet colleagues to take such a ridiculous decision for her personal hidden agenda.”
The union said the education secretary should explain the logic behind recommending such a “wrong policy.”
