ITANAGAR, Aug 26: The advisory as well as core committee members of the ZTAHC met MoS for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju here on 25 August and reminded him of the two-point memorandum the ZTAHC had submitted on 12 August in New Delhi.
The ZTAHC has been demanding immediate approval, sanctioning and award of the Potin-Pangin package of the Trans-Arunachal Highway, and “early survey, investigation and preparation of DPR for in-principle approval of the national highway from Daporijo to Dullungmukh via Dumporijo connecting NH-15 at Ananda Bagan in Assam.”
The ZTAHC informed that the union minister assured to take up the demands with the authorities concerned for early materialization.
The advisory committee members comprise MLAs Panga Bage, Tamar Murtem and Punji Mara, while the core committee members include Dube Dulom (member secretary), Roke Tamin (convenor), and Repo Roniya (member).
