I would like to appreciate the Pema Khandu’s government to create posts of regular teachers particularly for SSA Teacher serving in Arunachal Pradesh.
The SSA teachers are doing hard work to educate the students despite their hardship in day today life.
There are various types of interests regarding the reguralisation on the basis of-seniority at district level, seniority at state level, seniority having TET, seniority in professional qualification, seniority list in APTET certificate issued as it has certain validity, regular trained Teacher through DIET and distance D.El.Ed.
In such controversial interests, the government should act and follow one straight policy as per NCTE Norms and the vacant post should be opened for all the serving SSA teachers.
In addition to NCTE Norms, to make the process transparent, I would like to suggest the education department to also add the marks obtained in academic qualifications and APTET. It will list out the overall performance of the candidate.
Lastly, I would like to request the education department to follow the NCTE Norms and advertise the created post for erstwhile SSA teachers and expect all my learned colleagues to accept the law of the land.
