PASIGHAT, Sep 10: The celebration of the four-day Central Solung festival began with Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh inaugurating the 52nd edition of the festival at the Giidi Notco here this evening.
The festival is being attended by Chief Minister Pema Khandu, Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein, Member of Parliament Ninon Ering, and a host of MLAs, ministers, former ministers, senior officers and leaders.
The Manipur chief minister is accompanied by Deputy Speaker Robindra Singh and three MLAs from Manipur. (DIPRO)
