AALO, Sep 20: The Joint Working Committee of Arunachal Pradesh Trade Unions (JWCAPTU) and the All Arunachal Pradesh Workers Union (AAPWU) organised a skill development training programme for labourers here on Thursday.
Attending the inaugural training session, West Siang DC Sode Potom said skill training “is a must to cope up with the changing needs” and asked the resource persons to impart the best possible training to the participants.
JWCAPTU president Rinto Ete and AAPWU general secretary Jumli Bagra spoke on the activities being taken up by the unions for the welfare of the labourers in the district.
Arunachal Pradesh Building & Other Construction Workers Welfare Board RO Jumnu Ligo and Sunima Infotech representative Aneimes also spoke. (DIPRO)
