ITANAGAR, Sep 27: The jawans of the 138 Bn CRPF carried out a cleanliness drive in the premises of RK Mission Hospital here on Thursday, under the supervision of Commandant Paras Nath as part of the ongoing ‘Swachhata Hi Seva’ campaign.
A drive was also organised at the government higher secondary school in Doimukh, with support from the urban development & housing department and the Papum Pare district administration.
In Hollongi, a 23-member team of the 12 Bn NDRF under the command of Inspector H Thang Joseph organized a ‘Swacchta Hi Sewa’ drive at the tourist resort there on the occasion of World Tourism Day. Officials of the lodge also participated in the programme.
