ITANAGAR, Oct 8: The United People Movement of Lekang (UPMOL) in a press release on Monday informed that all political parties and the public of Lekang constituency in Namsai district would refrain from direct or indirect campaigning until the PRC issue is resolved.
It said the decision was taken during a meeting of various organizations of Lekang, such as UPMOL, UIPFL ALAYA, and ALYSU, along with representatives of political parties, mahila sangathan, NGOs, CBOs, etc, of Namsai. The meeting, which was held in Mahadevpur, was chaired by DTWA president S Bhubaneswar Deori, it said.
