Govt services provided to people

LEMBERDUNG, Oct 22: The Tawang district administration conducted its ninth Sarkar Aapke Dwar camp at Lemberdung on Monday.
MLA Tsering Tashi, who inaugurated the camp in the presence of DC Sang Phuntsok and others, also inspected the school here. Saying that the camps have greatly benefited the people of the state, the MLA urged the administration to conduct such camps thrice a month in every village.
In West Siang, around 22 government departments provided services to the people during the Sarkar Aapke Dwar camp at Kombo.
The camp featured spot facilitation of services related to ST, PR and birth certificates, Aadhar card generation, LPG, driving licence forms, farmers’ online registration, medical checkups, etc.
Tax & Excise Minister Jarkar Gamlin, who inaugurated the camp, said the programme is the state government’s effort to keep pace with the needs of the people.
Speaking on the CoSAAP’s agitation, Gamlin said some of the immediate grievances of the government servants have been fulfilled while the other demands would be looked into gradually, depending on the state’s financial health.
In East Siang, the district administration held its 5th Sarkar Aapke Dwar camp at Yagrung.
Pasighat MLA Kaling Moyong inaugurated the camp and also launched Mission Pratiraksha, the state government’s initiative for full immunization of children and pregnant women.
Altogether 487 beneficiaries availed forms for enrolling under CM Arunachal Arogya Yojana. The Pasighat branch of the Apex Bank, in collaboration with the district administration, conducted a camp themed ‘Go digital awareness camp’ to promote digital banking.
Among others, DC Tamiyo Tatak, Health Services Joint Director Dr D Raina, DMO Dr Kaling Dai, and DRCHO Dr T Gao attended the camp.
In West Kameng, government, financial, and other services were provided during the Sarkar Aapke Dwar camp organised at Jamiri village.
The programme covered thousands of beneficiaries from Buragaon, Husigaon, Khuppi, Kimi, and Jamiri villages, and other settlements adjoining Jamiri area.
Bomdila ADC Adong Pertin also distributed certificates, farm equipments, LPG, etc, to beneficiaries during the programme. (DIPROs)
