ITANAGAR, Nov 2: The Arunachal Pradesh Information Commission (APIC) has imposed a penalty of Rs 10,000 on Anini RWD EE-cum-PIO Denial Pertin for denying information to complainant Mon Mohan Mihu.
The commission recommended to the authority concerned to initiate disciplinary proceedings against Pertin for “willful omission of performing his bounden duty to provide information under Section 7(1) of the RTI Act.”
