Dear Editor,
It is disheartening to learn the incident that took place in Bomdila on 3rd Nov’ 2018, where Arunachal Scouts personnel vandalized PS and PWD office. The Paramilitary forces are always looked up to for maintaining law and order whenever there is an outbreak of lawlessness in the society. If the peacemaker are the ones acting as miscreants what else can be expected from rest of the people. The act was sheer violation of democracy and throw light on the ill effect of militarization.
My humble request to the authority concerned to give exemplary punishment to the personnel that acted as goons and maligned the image of the paramilitary force so that hooliganism in the society by anyone, be it civilian or armed forces is checked.
