I would like to request APPSC to constitute committee of subject experts for the upcoming exam to recruit PGT and TGT. Since recruitment will be done for specific subjects, it would be good if such measures are taken beforehand so that no issues crop up in the later stage of the recruitment process.
Please do ensure that the questions are from within the ambit of the provided syllabus and as students please don’t expect us to learn everything under the sun.
It would also be in the interest of the candidates as well as for the sake of transparency if the commission publishes the answer key of the question paper right after the examination (or before the declaration of results) and a proper channel created to address any grievances since the commission “copy-paste” questions from different websites.
These websites sometime provide wrong answers and as students we do not know the agency that is responsible for setting the question paper and hence the commission might feed the wrong answer again.
With the autonomy of the commission being questioned in lights of the revelation made in the recent APPSCCE mains fiasco, political interference also cannot be ruled out. As economically weak students we cannot afford to loose such opportunity.
The commission should therefore take corrective action soon or else it might be looking at another wave of dissent in days to come.
