BORUM, Dec 21: Government departments and banking institutions provided their services to the people during the Sarkar Aapke Dwar (SAD) camp organised by the capital complex district administration on Friday.
Itanagar MLA Techi Kaso and DC Prince Dhawan visited the counters and urged the staffers manning them to ensure proper delivery of services to the people.
Kaso handed over 54 print payment advice to the branch manager of Yes Bank, to be credited in the account of the flood-affected people of Modirijo and Donyi Polo Colony in Itanagar. He also handed over ST certificates, learner’s licence etc.
The DC urged the people to avail of the benefits at their doorsteps.
In Lower Dibang Valley district, the administration organised a SAD camp at Paglam village.
MLA Gum Tayeng, DC Mitali Namchoom and ADC Rujjum Rakshap visited the camp, inspected the stalls and distributed benefits to the beneficiaries. (DIPROs)
