BANDERDEWA, Jan 7: Land Management Minister Nabam Rebia on Monday inaugurated the new 11 kv high transmission (HT) power supply line to Putung Colony near the Police Training Centre here.
Addressing the gathering, Rebia said he has been making his best efforts to ensure the welfare of the people of Doimukh constituency.
He urged the residents to carry out their settlement in a planned manner, and to maintain communal harmony with everyone.
Former IMC councillor Tai Tassung informed that around 72 families will be settled in the colony. He said the residents of Putung Colony are making efforts to develop it as model colony.
Power AE Nich Raja along with local public leaders was also present.
