NEW DELHI, Jan 7: Union MoS for Home Kiren Rijiju on Monday laid the foundation stone for the building to house the special police unit for Northeast people here.
Delhi Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal and Commissioner of Police Amulya Patnaik, besides thousands of enthusiastic people from the NE were present at the function, Additional Director General of Police Robin Hibu informed.
