ZIRO, Jan 17: The Save Arunachal Youth Association has said it is going to stage a rally here in Lower Subansiri district on 28 January over the state government’s “intentional lack of political will” to complete the re-verification and reassessment of the Potin-Bopi and the Joram-Koloriang roads, and over the delay in disbursing compensation.
