NAHARLAGUN, Jan 21: Twenty-five ministerial and non-ministerial employees from various departments are participating in a three-day training on ‘office etiquette, ethics and decorum’, which began at the Administrative Training Institute (ATI) here on Monday.
Addressing the participants, ATI Director Pate Marik emphasized the need for public servants to maintain a code of conduct in public and in workplaces.
“We need to have a certain level of moral values and discharge public duties with high degree of good behaviour. Employees should inculcate the habit of maintaining prescribed official protocols and discharge duties with courtesy,” he said.
