YUPIA, Jan 24: The physical standard test (PST) and physical efficiency test (PET) for candidates who had applied for various posts of CTS (GD) civil police (males and females) and CTS IRBn (band/bugler – only males) on 11 August and 23 September, 2017, will be held at the government primary school here on 7 and 8 February, as per the schedule circulated by the police headquarters on 10 January, 2019.
The candidates have been directed to collect their call letters/admit cards from their respective police stations – Doimukh, Sagalee, Kimin and Balijan – from 23 to 31 January, or from the SP’s office here from 1 to 6 February.
They may also download the same from the Arunachal Pradesh Police website www.arunpol.nlc.in on or before 6 February.
Papum Pare SP Tumme Amo informed that a total of 1387 applications were received, out of which 81 applications were redirected to the SPs of East Siang, Kurung Kumey and Capital Complex.
Altogether 1306 applicants were found to be domiciles of Papum Pare district. Of these, about 146 were either found to be under or over the specified age limit.
Therefore 1160 are now eligible for PST and PET to be held on 7 and 8 February.
Out of 1160 applicants, 331 are females and 829 are males, the SP said.
