I want to express my views about the recently declared AE CIVIL written result by APPSC. I am sincerely thankful to the commission for declaring the result before its too late.
But at the same time commission may kindly note the situation of candidates already in service who have managed to qualify the written AE exam (in particular for those working as JE). As all are aware that financial year ending is due next month therefore work pressure on site engineer like us is very high. To add further already Election Commission of India has notified not to entertain any leave from March 2019, therefore getting study leave from dept. is out of question. Also many of us has already been appointed as election officers/official and busy delivering our service to ECI sincerely since fDec 2018 and will continue till the end of election process.
Due to above valid reasons we the written qualified in service candidates have no time for preparation as we are bound to duty during these months till May 2019. Also previous viva voce for AE civil was scheduled in the month March 2018, due to which we had to face a lot of problems. Please don’t repeat this time and keep the viva voce after 2019 election.
Therefore, I kindly request the chairman and secretary APPSC to kindly look into matter at the earliest and take necessary decision without overlooking the sentiments of in service qualified candidates.
