ITANAGAR, Mar 28: The total amount of cash seized across Arunachal Pradesh by various authorities appointed by the ECI has risen to Rs 2.74 crore from Wednesday’s Rs 2.47 crore, according to information made available on the ECI’s official website.
Andhra Pradesh, with Rs 68.85 crore, is sitting atop the ECI’s list as the state with the largest amount of cash seizure, followed by Karnataka (Rs 7.688 cr), Maharashtra (Rs 7.02 cr), and Assam (Rs 4.077 crore).
There has so far been no report of cash seizure from the states/union territories of Jammu & Kashmir, Mizoram, Delhi, and Lakshadweep.
