Dear Editor,
This is with regard to the ongoing case of commerce students and other groups versus the APPSC.
If the court quashes the entire examination process, as appealed for by the petitioners, the mains appeared candidates will surely file another petition or an appeal in a higher court. This appeal after appeal in the higher courts will cause greater loss to the other new aspirants and those who are on the verge of reaching the upper age limit.
Until and unless this case is resolved, the new combined competitive examination cannot be advertised. In the greater interest, it would be better for the petitioners to withdraw the case to give an opportunity to other aspirants, as the number of appeared candidates was more than sufficient to fill up the vacancies.
Sincerely,
A new aspirant
