While looking forward to see the lotus bloom in Arunachal and move along with PM Narendra Modi’s slogan ‘Sabka saath, sabka vikas and sabka vishwas’ under the leadership of CM Pema Khandu and Industries Minister Tumke Bagra, I on behalf the Arunachal Pradesh Government Industrial Training Institute Technical Employee Association would like to highlight the matter of the anomalies in the payment of ITI instructors under the subject norms for ‘career progression for instructor’, dated 7 January, 2016, to implement the decision taken, and urge the union skill development & entrepreneurship (SDE) to direct all the states and union territories, under the DG&T, to ensure our right in the form proper pay.
Due to the contradiction in the designation of ‘instructor’ under the Arunachal Pradesh SDE directorate from other departments, the faculty members of the ITIs are being deprived. To overcome this contradiction, some of the states have already changed the designated nomenclature into ITI junior training officer.
We look forward to see that our grievances are heard and implemented as soon as possible.
