ITANAGAR, Jun 29: Legislative Assembly Deputy Speaker Tesam Pongte has been authorized to oversee the state assembly session till Speaker PD Sona returns to the headquarters. The speaker will be out of station due to unavoidable circumstances, according to a state assembly secretariat release.
