ITANAGAR, Aug 4: T Group FC and Champion FC won their respective matches on day four of the Independence Day running football trophy tournament here on Sunday.
While T Group FC beat Tirbin United FC 5-2, Champion FC sealed a hard-fought 5-4 victory over Chimpu FC in a thrilling high-scoring match.
On Monday, IX Pirates FC will play against SPD FC at 2 pm, before the match scheduled to be played between Tirbin United FC and Taksing-Tagru at 3:30 pm.
