DAPORIJO, Aug 19: The written examination for the posts of constable in the Arunachal Pradesh Police (APP) was conducted here in Upper Subansiri district on Sunday.
As many as 1174 candidates attended the examination.
The examination was conducted for Upper Subansiri and Kamle districts, at five different centres here.
“The examination was conducted in a free and fair manner and smoothly,” said SP Keni Bagra.
Tirap DIPRO adds: The written examinations for recruitment into the APP and the IRBn were conducted peacefully at nine different examination centres Tirap HQ Khonsa.
As many as 1852 candidates, out of a total of 1939, appeared for the examination.
The examinations were conducted by the district administration under the aegis of the Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board.
