RANGLUA, Jan 27: Local MLA GD Wangsu inaugurated the rostrum at the general ground here in Longding district on Sunday.
Funded by the DoTCL, the rostrum was constructed by the WRD department here. Besides students, Launu CO Anya Yowa, WRD EE PS Tabin, Russa chief Panwang Wangham, and government staffers attended the inauguration.
