ITANAGAR, Mar 23: The Arunachal Pradesh Women’s Welfare Society (APWWS) has urged the people of the state to follow all the precautionary measures being put in place, and to strictly adhere to the government order “and stand united to fight Covid-19.”
It requested parents to ensure that they and their children do not venture out for any social gathering, “and restrain ourselves in order to escape the virus.”
The APWWS thanked those at the frontline, such as doctors, nurses and healthcare and sanitation workers, for their hard work, and expressed appreciation for the administration, the police, and the political leadership in the state for “working relentlessly to contain the spread of Covid-19.”
