Dear Editor,
I want to bring up the issue of very poor 4g Jio and Airtel connectivity at B sector, Naharlagun and capital complex in general. 4g data runs like 2g. Also everyday exactly at 9 pm, some of the towers are switched off and network drops to a crawling speed.
If the service providers are taking money for 24 hours, then why switch off tower? Is this some kind of joke? How will we attend the online classes?
I was unable to study a single online class because of the trash connectivity. I have written to PM’s portal also. Stop robbing the people and improve data rate.
