ITANAGAR, Oct 16: Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) member CP Mansai relinquished his charges on 15 October on the completion of his six-year term of office. Mansai had joined the APPSC in October 2014 as a member. Prior to that, he had served as the law secretary.
