JOLLANG, 8 Apr: The NSS unit of Don Bosco College, Jollang in collaboration with Arunachal Voluntary Blood Donors’ Organisation (AVBDO) organized a voluntary blood donation camp in the college campus on Thursday.
A total of 80 units of blood were donated by the NSS volunteers, students and staff of the college with the help of technicians from RK Mission Hospital, Itanagar during the camp.
Dr Jiter Bagra of Aalo also rendered her voluntary service.
AVBDO founder Ramesh Jeke lauded the college authorities for their noble deed and also appealed to all the donors to not just be one time donor but regular donors.
He also informed the students about the benefit of blood donation.
