ITANAGAR, 2 Jun: Former Itanagar Capital Complex deputy commissioner Komkar Dulom has been posted as the director of disaster management authority.
During a farewell function organized by the office of the deputy commissioner here on Wednesday, Dulom spoke of his early days since his joining the APCS as EAC Kimin and after which he had the opportunity to serve in various capacities in various places. He said that through every post that he served, he learnt many things that helped him in shaping his career, both professionally and personally.
He said he tried to work to the best of his capability as the capital DC despite the pandemic and lauded his team of officers who were instrumental in defeating the first wave.
