I would like to appeal to the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission to conduct the viva-voce of Field Investigator under the Department of Economics and Statistics, Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
It has been already two and a half years since the advertisement for the aforesaid post, which was notified in February 2019 and its written examination was first notified on July 2020, which got canceled due to the Covid-19 lockdown.
Finally the written examination was conducted on 14 and 15 September, 2020 after a gap of one year and seven months from the date of its first advertisement.
After a gap of two years and two months, the written result was finally declared on 29 April, 2021 and the viva-voce has not been notified so far.
The APPSC is taking such a long time to conduct and complete the recruitment of field investigator. This is creating huge stress and anxiety in the minds and health of written qualified aspirants amid the Covid-19 situation.
I hope this letter would reach the notice of the APPSC and the APPSC would speed up the recruitment process, conduct viva-voce at the earliest while maintaining Covid-19 SOPs and declare the final result soon.
