Covid cases continue to rise at an alarming rate in the NE states. Neighbouring Assam is witnessing a massive surge in cases. In Arunachal, too, the situation is alarming. The cases are rising not only in the ICR but even in the districts. In a worrying development, Covid cases are being reported from villages, too. If not checked properly, this can prove catastrophic for the state. The citizens as well as the authorities should not lower their guard.
