CHANGLANG, 15 Jul: Ten farmers-producers organizations (FPO) based in Changlang district have been given monetary support of Rs 1.3 lakh each by the NERCORMP for carrying out activities such as animal feeding and packaging, arecanut processing and plate-making, cane and bamboo craft training, centralized processing, manufacturing sanitary napkins, food and fruit processing, bakery, weaving and tailoring training-cum-production, mushroom development processing and packaging, spices drying processing and packaging, centralized collection, grading, packaging and storage, etc. (DIPRO)
