TEZU, 13 Mar: The six-day Phase II English communicative course conducted by the British Council of India (BCI) concluded at the Indira Gandhi Government College (IGGC) here in Lohit district on 12 March.
IGGC English HoD Dr Eli Doye and Principal (in-charge) Dr MK Jana commended the trainers from the BCI. Jana advised the students to get digital membership of the BCI, “so as to inculcate the same habits and thereby improve the proficiency in English language.”
Course coordinator Nongja Singpho said it was a pleasure that IGGC was selected by the state government as one of the centres for organising the course, which was conducted under the guidance of BCI trainers/instructors Sweta Sinha and Shradhajali Tamang, who came from the BCI’s Kolkata office and Delhi office, respectively.
