ROING, 30 Jun: Various projects and schemes in Lower Dibang Valley district were reviewed during an e-Pragati meeting at the DC’s office here on Thursday.
Chaired by DC Soumya Saurabh, the meeting was attended by SP JK Lego, DPO Marto Dirchi, administrative officers, and heads of departments.
Projects and schemes like the new building of the district hospital, the EMRS in Bomjir, the district emporium, the district museum, establishment of a model residential school for the GHSS Roing, JJM, PMKSY, PMJAY, nutritional garden at anganwadi schools, farmers’ facilitation centre, Mission Amrit Sarovar, the Dambuk-Roing power transmission line, and action plan for declaration of drug-free villages were discussed in the meeting.
The DC advised the departments to “monitor the work during the construction period as minor changes can be incorporated at such a stage.” (DIPRO)
