ITANAGAR, 28 Jul: ICR Deputy Commissioner (i/c) Shweta Nagarkoti has issued an advisory, urging commuters to avoid using the Ganga-Richi Jullang road, which has been blocked by a landslide near the NES secretariat.
The advisory also urged commuters to drive slowly in landslide-prone areas, and to follow road closure and diversion instructions.
