BOLENG, 17 Nov: Union Health & Family Welfare Ministry Joint Secretary Anu Nagar emphasised that “all government schemes and policies must reach the un-reached and bonafide beneficiaries at the grassroots level in Siang district.”
Nagar visited the district on Friday to apprise the people of the Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra.
Addressing a coordination meeting with the deputy commissioner and the HoDs of various departments, she told them to be “more industrious to make the naturally beautiful district more beautiful in terms of materialistic developments in various spheres through proper implementation of government schemes and projects.”
Nagar also dwelt on the outlines of the Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra.
Accompanied by District Planning Officer Tapik Komut and District Medical Officer Dr Tarik Talom, Nagar also visited the sites of the under-construction district hospital and the district secretariat buildings in Punnying and Rengo, respectively. (DIPRO)
