NIRJULI, 16 Dec: An outlet of an Indian sports brand, ‘Shiv Naresh’, was opened near the NERIST here on Saturday.
This is the first Indian sports brand outlet to be launched in Arunachal Pradesh, and sells sports items for kabaddi, boxing, marathon, hockey, and wrestling.
The brand’s Northeast unit business development manager Jitu Saikia informed that “our sports brand outfits have tied up with the Olympic Games and mainly focuses on the rural belts and village areas.”
“The products are sold at reasonable prices, and the outfits of the brand are also are available with the police and paramilitary forces,” he said.
ICR DC Talo Potom and Sports Director Tadar Appa also attended the inaugural function.
