Editor,
Through your daily I would like to express my deep concern to the APPSC chairman and its members over the delay in conducting exams by the APPSC.
Aspirants who have been preparing for various exams for posts like AE, JE, HDO, ADO, PGT, TGT, etc, for many years are facing extreme hardships and uncertainty due to the delay in conducting exams for these posts. Many aspirants are facing a race against time as they are approaching their upper age limit. This delay has put their future at risk.
Moreover, there are many aspirants who are facing financial difficulties due to the prolonged wait for the examinations. Staying in rented accommodations and paying monthly expenses is not affordable for everyone. The longer this delay persists, the more difficult it becomes for them to continue their studies. This added pressure further hinders their ability to focus on their preparation.
The current situation has left many aspirants hopeless and anxious about their future. Each day lost in waiting for the examinations is adding tremendous stress and pressure on their mental health.
I hope that the APPSC will understand the urgency of this situation and take necessary steps towards conducting the exams early. Its timely action will not only help the aspirants but also bring much-needed relief to their families, who have been anxiously waiting for their children to secure a stable job.
Furthermore, timely recruitment will provide the much-needed human resource to the government to efficiently run the administration.
