Editor,
I am writing to bring to your attention a pressing issue that I, along with many others, am facing while trying to fill up the online application form for the post of General Duty Medical Officer (GDMO) on the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) website. Despite repeated attempts, I am consistently encountering an error message “Error while Saving2” that prevents me from uploading my documents and completing the application.
To make matters worse, the contact number provided on the website for technical support is invalid, and my emails and applications sent to the commission have gone unanswered. Furthermore, the person from the office who is supposed to assist with such issues is unresponsive and does not pick up calls.
This lack of support and technical glitch is causing undue stress and anxiety for many aspirants like me, who are eager to apply for the post within the stipulated deadline (1700 hours of 29th August 2024). I request the APPSC to urgently address this issue and provide a functional contact number and responsive support team to assist applicants. If the issue persists, I urge the APPSC to consider postponing the last date of application to ensure that no deserving candidate is deprived of the opportunity to apply due to technical difficulties beyond their control.
