TGT aspirants left in limbo by APPSC

Editor,

The abrupt decision by APPSC to postpone the TGT examination, originally scheduled for November 9 and 10, has profoundly disappointed and frustrated thousands of dedicated TGT aspirants. The TGT exam requires intense, focused preparation and many of us have spent years rigorously preparing for said exam. The sudden announcement on October 7 to postpone the TGT exam has left us in a state of shock and despair. For many of us, this exam is not just a test but a crucial stepping stone towards a stable career and a better future. The postponement has thrown our lives into disarray. APPSC claimed that the postponement was due to a date clash with the APSSB exam, yet despite the APSSB exam being completed, there is still no new date for the TGT exam. This delay suggests that the clash was merely a facade to cover up their lack of preparedness and inefficiency. The inaction and lack of communication from APPSC have not only disrupted our meticulous study schedules but also made a mockery of the hard work and sacrifices of all serious TGT aspirants. It’s disheartening to realize that our dedication and dreams can be so easily dismissed. Many of us are not in a financial position to continue our preparation indefinitely. Each day of uncertainty adds to our anxiety and stress and the silence from APPSC is deafening. We urge APPSC to understand the gravity of their actions and the impact on our lives. Not everyone has the financial means to extend their preparation indefinitely. APPSC must provide clarity and announce the new date without further delay to restore faith in the system and honor the efforts of aspirants.
